As with Churchill Island,made as a commission for the Phillip Island Nature Park at the beginning of 2002. I travelled to both islands to make drawings I made specific drawings of the coastline, the fairy penguins and aquatic birds of the area. The sea charts of Mathew Flinders and Freycinet are shown, and the story of the Yaluk Baluk, the traditional owners of the land. The top drawing is of the shearwaters arriving at the island.
